With a background in Psychology, Riddhi beautifully understands the intertwining of science and spirituality, viewing Yoga as a profound study of the mind. Holding the title of an International Yoga Instructor and Evaluator, her journey includes completing a comprehensive 900-hour Yoga Training program at the renowned “The Yoga Institute” in Mumbai, directed by Hansaji Yogendra. Undergoing the rigorous teacher’s training course, coupled with meditation courses at the Art of Living ashram led by Shree Shree Ravi Shankarji, triggered profound transformation in her mind and body.

Further, she has been recognised as a Certified Yoga Teacher and Evaluator from Ayush Mantralay by The Government of India and Yoga Alliance.
Having completed certification courses in diverse yoga styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga her training extends to the spiritual hub of Rishikesh where she immersed herself in meditation and pranayama techniques. Hence, she brings a well-rounded understanding of yogic practices.
